In July 2020, our vacation home was completed in the Archtiktenstil in timber frame construction with local woods. Ecological wooden houses are free of toxins and particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. The light-flooded 2-room house with over 60 sqm and its own terrace and garden with old fruit trees is absolutely quiet and secluded on the western edge of the village of Törwang with views of the Hochries, the Heuberg and into the Inn Valley.The house has a bedroom with a fantastic view of the Heuberg (bed 180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower / WC (and underfloor heating) and a large living room with pull-out couch on which 2 more people can comfortably sleep, designer kitchenette and large panoramic windows to the east, south & west. Electric blinds are available on all windows. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, apart from a tractor passing by once in a while, there is virtually no traffic and therefore absolutely quiet. On the large terrace, which is secluded, we have loungers, chairs, a table and a parasol and you can watch the many birds and the wonderful nature and it is the perfect place to forget the time and recharge your batteries.

Unique location with unobstructed panoramic mountain views, private garden, carpenter furniture, many bike and hiking trails on the doorstep. Charging station for e-cars and e-bikes with own solar power. High-quality equipment (carpenter's kitchen with dishwasher, underfloor heating in the bathroom, oak parquet). Panoramic windows to the east, south, west. The apartment is equipped with carpenter furniture and designer furniture. The energy-efficient house is made of local woods and completely free of pollutants.

Conditions and extras
The price for the apartment for 1 to 4 persons in the main season 01.June to 15.September and from 20.December to 10.January is 180,00 €/night. Booking in the high season is possible only from 1 week. The price in low season for 1 to 4 persons is 150,00 €/night. Booking possible from 2 nights. In low season for bookings up to five nights for the 3rd and 4th person will be charged 15,00 €/night extra. Bed linen, towels & the cleaning fee is included in the price. Plus 1,50 € spa tax per person/night from 16 years. Stono conditions: Up to 45 days before arrival, 0% of the total amount. Up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount. Up to 15 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount. In case of timely notice of cancellation, we will try to rent the Ferienwohnug still elsewhere, in case of successful re-renting only cancellation fees of 15% of the total amount.
