The spacious vacation apartment is located on the edge of the pretty village of Törwang, in the middle of the Samerberg. It is located on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment building. From the living room you can reach the sunny south-west terrace with garden area. Here you have a wonderful view of the surrounding pastures and meadows as well as the local mountains "Hochries" and "Heuberg". The apartment has an underground parking space and a lockable communal bicycle room, both accessible from the staircase.

The apartment has upscale furnishings and is lovingly decorated. In the center is the large living room with integrated kitchenette and a cozy dining area in the bay window on one side and a living room area with sofa and armchairs on the other.Here is also the access to the terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with icebox, stove with 4 hotplates and oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. In the large living room area you will find a satellite TV, a CD system, a small library and game collection. In the bedroom there is a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a large 5-door wardrobe in Bavarian country style. In the 2nd bedroom you will find a single bed, a secretary and a chest of drawers. In the bathroom with shower cabin, bathtub and 2 washbasins there is also a washing machine available.

The vacation apartment can be booked with one or two bedrooms (2 or 3 persons).The price includes bed linen and bath/towel and kitchen towels.The municipality of Samerberg charges a visitor's tax per person/night (from 16 years) of 1.50€.
