Welcome to the heart of St. Stefan, in the picturesque Schilcher region, which is characterised by its idyllic landscape and excellent wine taverns. Our newly renovated holiday home is located directly at the foot of the Hochgrail and is the perfect choice for a break where nature and culinary delights take centre stage. Here, in the "Bermuda triangle" of wine taverns, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you and enjoy the peaceful, natural surroundings to the full.

The interior of our completely modernised holiday home comprises a spacious living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, three cosily furnished bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC. One highlight is definitely the large panoramic window, which gives you a heart-warming view of the greenery. In addition to the wood-burning stove, which ensures cosy evenings, a dishwasher, a flat-screen TV and WiFi in all rooms round off the contemporary comfort.

Outside, an unrivalled outdoor area awaits you, inviting you to enjoy unforgettable experiences. A covered terrace with a fireplace allows you to enjoy hours together under the stars or organise a barbecue, even in cooler weather. The private garden, which merges seamlessly into the surrounding nature and a neighbouring cow pasture, offers the ideal retreat for relaxing moments outdoors. Here it is possible to experience nature up close and perhaps even enjoy a visit from some curious calves. The garden is perfectly fenced for all 4-legged friends.

The location of our holiday home in an idyllic rural setting allows you to explore the impressive landscape of the Schilcher region on foot or by bike right from the front door. A variety of hiking trails criss-cross the area, while three nearby wine taverns, which are just a 3 to 15-minute walk away, invite you to embark on a culinary journey of discovery. The combination of nature, culture and gastronomy makes this place a perfect destination for anyone looking for peace and quiet but still wanting to experience moments of pleasure.
