Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in diesem kleinen, sehr gemütlichen Apartment mit einer riesigen Südterrasse und einem Nordbalkon mit Dachstein-Blick in Ramsau am Dachstein.

Das Apartment bietet auf knapp 45m² eine Wohnküche mit elektrisch beheizbarem Kachelofen, ein Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett und Einzelbett und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche (Dampfdusche).

In der Wohnküche lässt sich die Couch ausklappen und 2 Personen könnten dort zusätzlich Platz finden.

Hinweis:
Der verpflichtend zu buchende Wäscheservice beinhaltet die Bettwäsche und zwei Handtücher pro Person für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt bei uns. Ein Wechsel der Wäsche während des Aufenthaltes ist nicht vorgesehen!

We welcome you to this small, very cozy apartment with a huge south-facing terrace and a north-facing balcony with Dachstein view in Ramsau am Dachstein.

The apartment offers on approx. 45m² an eat-in kitchen with an electrically heated tiled stove, a bedroom with a four-poster bed and a single bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower (steam shower).
In the kitchen / living room, the Sofa can be folded out and 2 people could find additional space there.

Note:
The laundry service, which must be booked, includes bed linen and two towels per person for your entire stay with us. A change of linen and towels during the stay is not intended!

Die Loipe und der Pferde-Schlittenweg sind nur 100 Meter entfernt. Zum Apartment gehört ein zugeordneter Carportplatz - freies WLAN ist natürlich inklusive.

The apartment is in a prime location with a view of the Dachstein or the ski jump, just a few meters from the center of Ramsau. The cross-country stadium, the adventure pool, the shops and the localities of Ramsau - everything in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

The cross-country ski run and the horse-drawn sleigh path are only about 100 meters away. An assigned carport space belongs to the apartment, free WiFi is of course included.
