The kitchen, renovated in winter 2026, includes clean dishes, comprehensive cooking utensils, and several kitchen accessories (e.g., SodaStream, sandwich grill/waffle iron, milk frother, bread maker). The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, a heat-retaining fireplace with a baking oven, an air source heat pump, ventilation windows with mosquito nets, 7 separate box spring beds, 3 toilets, and ample storage space for personal belongings, ensuring comfort.

All equipment is available for at least two people. At the lakeshore of fish-rich Lake Vuosselinjärvi (approximately 200 m away), there is a Stella boat for three people, with life jackets available in the storage.
