Villa Koivu – more than cabin accommodation – a holiday experience amidst nature and active leisure

Villa Koivu is not just a cabin – it is an experience combining high-quality accommodation, peaceful nature, and versatile sports and wellness services. The included KampusPass ensures there is plenty to do — all year round! This comfortable, modern log villa is located in Kisakallio by Lake Lohjanjärvi, less than an hour's drive from Helsinki. Built in 2015, the 119 m² Villa Koivu offers modern, spacious surroundings ideal for relaxation or active group activities, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Explore the beautiful ancient forests of Karnaisten Korpi Recreation Area and enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, and water adventures.

The villa features four bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. A spacious and bright living room/kitchen is perfect for communal gatherings and dining. There is a separate WC, and the washroom includes an electric sauna and two showers. The furnished terrace invites comfortable outdoor relaxation.

Lake Lohjanjärvi is approx. 150 meters away, offering a shared swimming beach with a gradually deepening sandy bottom. In summer, a lakeside kiosk serves pizza, allowing you to enjoy lake views. A lakeside sauna and grill hut can also be rented separately.

The Kampus Pass, automatically included in the accommodation price, provides access to Kisakallio Sports Institute facilities. You can use the gym with high-quality equipment and space for independent training. Padel and tennis courts are available for booking (1 hour), allowing games outdoors. Fat bikes and mountain bikes (1 hour, subject to availability) let you explore nearby forest trails and lakeside paths. An indoor sports hall (1 hour) is suitable for basketball, badminton, or general exercise. Sports equipment is available for loan from reception—please confirm the availability of activities directly with Kisakallio. Kampus pass activity reservations are made subject to availability.
