The holiday home, renovated in 2014, is located in a quiet residential area of the town of Colomiers, just ten minutes from Toulouse.
The gated property has a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and a private swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 m (depth 1.50 m). In front of the pool, you can relax on two sun loungers with a parasol. Garden furniture is also available. Guests can also park their cars in the private car park in front of the house.
The holiday home measures around 40 m² and is designed for a maximum of three people (ideally two adults and a child). It is tastefully furnished and consists of an open-plan living area comprising a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a lounge and a dining area. The living room has a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm) for a third person/child and satellite TV. Access is gained to the open-plan kitchen, in front of which is a small fold-down dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Two small steps to the left of the kitchen lead down a passageway to the doorless bedroom, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with corner shower, washbasin and WC. All rooms have electric heating and wireless internet access is also available via WLAN.
A five-minute walk from the house is a small square with all the shops you need for everyday life (supermarket, pizzeria, launderette, florist, hairdresser, etc.) and a large children's playground. The house is the ideal base for visiting the beautiful city of Toulouse, the Ville Rose. It is about ten minutes by car from the motorway and about 20 minutes by train from Colomiers station. Buses are free for everyone in Colomiers, and the nearest stop is about a five-minute walk away. Numerous cycle paths also pass in front of the house.
If required, the owners will provide guests with two bicycles free of charge for the duration of their stay. They are also always happy to provide valuable advice and information.
