Our beautifully restored villa is located in the middle of the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region, on the edge of the 'natural park of the Haut-languedoc'.
Our guest house, called "gîte" in French, is just under 30km from the Mediterranean sea and less than 20km from the l'espinouse mountains, in the village of Laurens.
Furnishing
The house comprises: Entrance hall; fully installed open-plan kitchen; dining room; lounge with TV and DVD player, three bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room and private bathroom with shower and fixed washbasin; storage room with washing machine, additional bathroom with shower and fixed washbasin; separate toilet; and a sun-drenched terrace with table and chairs.
Furnishing rooms: -All rooms have a double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and air conditioning
Kitchen equipment: -Microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge with small freezer, cooker hood, dishwasher, sufficient glassware and crockery, electric kitchen utensils.
Terrace: -Sunny terrace with table and chairs. Lovely garden overlooking the hills. And a 7.10 x 3.50m swimming pool. Water depth1.20m ideal for children and adults.
All rooms have electric heating and the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The village of Laurens is one of the wine villages of the AOP-Faugères. Come and discover our village where time moves slowly to the rhythm of the seasons. Where the joy of life is still real and where people welcome you with open arms. In short, "the" place to enjoy your holidays in peace.
