SOUTH ARDECHE, discover our large house sleeping up to 22 people (12 adults + 10 children), ideally located near the river and in the heart of the vineyards. Just 4 kilometres from Les Vans, a picturesque village in the Ardèche known for its famous market, this superb 19th-century stone building has been completely renovated to offer you all modern comforts in an exceptional setting. Come and enjoy some memorable moments, whether with family or friends, in this former silkworm farm steeped in history and charm.
Inside, you'll find a large dining room, a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen with two large fridges, a large freezer, two dishwashers, a seven-burner piano with three ovens, a large work surface, and everything you need (microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster). You'll also appreciate the comfortable living areas with lounge, small lounge and master bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, as well as the 5 double bedrooms upstairs, with a large bathroom with shower and bath, another bathroom with shower and a children's dormitory with 10 bunk beds.
There's plenty to do outside, too, with a huge 100 m² terrace opening onto a hectare of parkland, inviting you to enjoy unique moments of relaxation and conviviality.
