This ground-floor flat in a detached house with a large plot of land is right in the centre of the village of Malaucène, north of Avignon.
You share the outside areas with the owners, including an 11 x 5.5 metre swimming pool and a 2,500 square metre garden with flowerbeds, barbecue, garden furniture and table tennis.
