This ground floor apartment is fantastic, especially for families with children or anyone who doesn't want to climb stairs, The location is great and there's plenty of room for up to five people, The house itself is stunning - it's brand new and very clean, with excellent air conditioning, Our first trip to Paris was absolutely amazing thanks to this wonderful accommodation!

The host was quick to respond and accommodated our early check-in request, The property was just as described and the photos were accurate, Our group of 4 adults and 3 children had plenty of space,

The location of the place was great, as it was close to two metro stations, The cleanliness was mostly good, although there were some minor issues that the host was very helpful in trying to solve, Overall, it was a great stay,

Our stay at this property was fantastic, The interior is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, We will definitely recommend it to our friends, Thank you for a great stay!

This is an excellent place to stay! We were a group of eight girls and were very comfortable, We used a sofa bed and everyone slept perfectly, The customer service was top-notch, and the location was amazing! There were plenty of things to do nearby!

Studio Prestige is exactly as described, It is a lovely apartment, secure and conveniently located near a grocery store and local restaurants, The place is very clean, well-equipped, and the host is responsive and helpful, The beds and pillows are very comfortable too! However, the small all-in-one washer dryer is not easy to use, the dishwasher makes a super loud noise, and the Teflon pans are not compatible with the stove, They only work with stainless steel pans (magnetic), They all worked, but for foreigners and less tech-savvy people like us, I wish there were simple step-by-step instructions, Overall, we had a great time at Studio Prestige, We felt safe, the AC was cold, the location was convenient, close to nice restaurants and landmarks, and the host was always eager to assist and responsive, The apartment is beautiful and spacious, We highly recommend this place, Thank you!

The property was fantastic and exactly as depicted in the photos, All the amenities listed were present and the space was more than enough for a group of five adults, However, it is important to note that there was no hand soap or laundry detergent provided, so it's advisable to bring your own,

This is a fantastic apartment located on the first floor in a lovely neighborhood, It has three comfortable bedrooms with a nice sitting area and kitchen, All the bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment, and all the bathrooms, except for one shower/sink en suite, are clustered at the front of the apartment, The apartment is very, very clean and has great water pressure, The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops, all within a block's walk, It's also easy to access the metro, which is only one block away, The only downside is that the toiletries provided are scanty, so be sure to bring your own, Overall, this is an excellent apartment, and the host is excellent too,

As a family of four adults and one two-year-old child, we were on the second week of our European travels, and we were tired when we arrived, but we left feeling refreshed! This Airbnb is located on the ground floor, and it is clean and safe, We immediately felt at home, The space is large and comfortable for a large group, The neighborhood is extremely safe, and you can easily walk, take public transport, or call Uber from here, We felt safe when venturing out early in the morning or late at night, Tips: There is a Carrefour City about a 4-minute walk away, which is good for all groceries and anything else you might need, There are lots of pharmacies within a 5-15 minute walk that have great skincare products (yay for stocking up on French pharmacy goodies), The host is proactive and responds quickly, The host set up airport transfer for us, which took away the pain of calling a taxi or Uber for our large group, We will book this place for our next trip to Paris!

Our group had an amazing stay at this place! It was very spacious and comfortable, If we had any questions, Studioprestige was always responsive and made our stay extremely easy, If we ever find ourselves in Paris again, we would definitely come back here!

The location is fantastic, Everything has been renovated and is brand new, just like Paris should be,
