The apartment is superbly located, with the neighborhood being highly walkable, Unmentioned in the listing is the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine that greets you when you step out onto the balcony, This was an invaluable addition to the property, The appliances are in good working condition and the place was spotless,

Fantastic flat, The location was ideal, extremely tidy, modern, secure, would definitely return, The host was excellent, communicated well and provided clear directions,

The location is incredibly stunning, All the equipments and amenities are pristine and recent, The view from the balcony is superior, where one can gaze at the Eiffel Tower and Seine all day, There are numerous excellent restaurants in close proximity and luxury shopping is just a few minutes walk away, Highly suitable for a group of 6, Checkmyguest also offers more choices for 1-2 bedrooms, I will certainly return here every time I visit Paris,

Our week-long visit at this Airbnb was delightful and it made our Paris trip enchanting, The spot is superb and the apartment is a perfect match for its photos, including a stunning Eiffel Tower view from the terrace, The subway was just steps away from the doorstep, alternatively, you could stroll along the river to any nearby destination, the area was packed with a plethora of restaurants and choices, The spacious living room and kitchen were ideal for an extended stay, we had the opportunity to do laundry and savour a home-cooked meal one evening whilst admiring the Seine's sunset, The host was incredibly prompt and supportive with any inquiries or requirements, responding to us in no time to help, Their attention to our needs was truly appreciated, Should I return to Paris, I would choose this same accommodation again!

The positioning and scenery of the home was breathtaking, We were satisfied with every aspect of the house, It was a chic and tastefully decorated apartment with a sight of the Eiffel, I visited for a birthday celebration with a group of 5 friends and we felt very at ease, The host was quite accessible and we appreciate everything once again,🙌

Such an amazing space located in the pulsing heart of Paris! The position is excellent, offering views of the river and the Eiffel Tower, and it's within walking distance to numerous excellent eateries, attractions, and parks, The space itself is stunning, featuring all new finishes, contemporary bathrooms, a cozy living area, and a complete kitchen, It also has several balconies for those lovely days, This Airbnb is so delightful that I will choose to stay here during my next trip to Paris - I highly endorse it!

Our stay was incredible! The flat was just as depicted in the pictures, It appeared new, neat and tidy, with enough room for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids, The location is superb and the Seine and Eiffel Tower's view from the balcony was an extra perk, We will definitely return!

A truly stunning property, It is appointed with great taste, has strong technology features such as locks, wifi, and televisions, and the view from the balcony is among the best in Paris! The host is incredibly responsive, it's just a few steps from the Metro, and a delightful walk to the Champs-Élysées, Knowing that we were returning to this place after a full day out in Paris made our experience even more enjoyable, If you have the opportunity to book this property for your stay, I can't recommend it and the host enough,

Pros: The host maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, The interior was neat, contemporary, and cozy, The layout was well-designed, allowing everyone to either hang out together or retreat to their own spaces, There were balconies accessible from one of the bedrooms and the living room area, which would be an ideal spot for relaxation and people-watching during warmer weather, The rooms were satisfactory for our family, though some might find them a bit compact, The apartment is situated close to numerous restaurants, a supermarket, and within walking distance of Trocedero and other interesting spots, The building was peaceful, Things to note: The apartment has three bathrooms and two toilets, One of the bathrooms has a shower and toilet, while the others are separate, This wasn't an issue for us, but it could be depending on your group composition, The lift is quite small, Our group, consisting of two adults and two children, managed to fit in it together, The shower water is warm, not hot, But we believe these features are standard for Paris and therefore did not consider them drawbacks,

The apartment is incredibly stunning, Its location is secure and offers great convenience to dining places, It's also a comfortable stroll to stores and attractions, The sight of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony is BREATHTAKING, The apartment was neat and roomy, The only letdown was the insufficient toilets in all the bathrooms with only one in the main bedroom and another in the powder room near the kitchen, Checkmyguest was communicative and responsive, I would endorse this property,
