In a private hamlet, you'll be staying in our two large, fully-renovated stone houses for the duration of your stay.
They are set on either side of a fully secure swimming pool.
The first gîte (Lou Papagai) has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can sleep 15 people in comfort. The entire ground floor (and outside) is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Two of our bedrooms are specially adapted, each with its own private shower room and WC.
The second gîte (La Volière) has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, and can sleep 8 people in comfort.
All our rooms are air-conditioned.
A huge 140m² covered terrace surrounds La Volière and will become your favourite holiday spot: table tennis, fireplace for barbecues, pizza oven, shade and coolness in summer, shelter in mid-season. It's the perfect place for large gatherings and festive evenings.
The hamlet is set in an estate of over a hectare with lots of trees and flowers. We are secluded and peaceful, and you can enjoy birdsong, starry nights and panoramic views from the top of our hill.
From toddlers to grandparents, we've got everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one: secure swimming pool and grounds, accessible ground floor (with 2 adapted bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC), bed linen and towels provided, beds made up for you on arrival.
The picturesque village of St Antonin Noble Val is just 5 minutes away at the bottom of the valley, with all shops, bars and restaurants. A superb market brings together local producers and craftspeople every Sunday morning.
And a wealth of activities (nature, culture, gastronomy, heritage) awaits you just a stone's throw away.
All our rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort
In the large building, the ground floor and outside areas are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. This includes 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and fully-equipped toilet.
The swimming pool is fully secure for your peace of mind. It also has a shelter for swimming from April to October. Sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols are provided. You'll also find a planted pergola for natural shade.
A barbecue/brassover and a large 3-burner plancha are available for outdoor cooking.
In front of the second gîte, a large covered terrace with superb views welcomes you all year round for meals or aperitifs.
Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. For your comfort we have hotel quality mattresses, USB sockets and ample storage space.
The two gîtes have 10 bedrooms and 7 shower rooms, so there's no need to queue in the morning!
WIFI is available throughout the estate and we are connected by fibre optic for excellent speed.
A large bicycle shed is available for storing your bikes.
A charging point for electric vehicles is available on site for your convenience.
The estate extends over more than a hectare in the heart of nature. We're on a hill with panoramic views over the valley and surrounding cliffs.
The grounds are entirely enclosed by traditional stone walls. Children can play in complete safety.
The hamlet, made up of stone buildings, is laid out around a superb, secure swimming pool with a large deck (for sunbeds and sun loungers) and a pergola for natural shade.
Our estate is an old, isolated hamlet. We now occupy all the buildings, which we have renovated. So you can enjoy our unspoilt countryside in complete peace and quiet, with just us as neighbours. If you'd like some advice or a lump of sugar, don't hesitate to drop in.
On request, we can organise activities on the estate (for a fee and to be booked in advance): kite-making and flying workshop, yoga sessions, massages and reflexology, astronomy evenings, walks with a nature guide.
Our typical region of south-west France is full of natural beauty and varied landscapes, beautiful medieval villages and towns with a rich heritage of museums, buildings and churches.
The markets are a spectacle of tastes, colours and smells. You can visit the vineyards and there's plenty of entertainment from May to September in the villages (crafts, festivals of agricultural traditions, etc.).
The gîte is situated on the edge of a number of hiking and cycling trails. So you can explore right from your door. The Aveyron river is a 5-minute drive away and you can canoe down it.
A 10-minute walk away, there is a splendid little cave that you can visit from May to October.
There is an accrobranche park and a via ferrata for climbing in the village.
