Our accommodation is next to the Cévennes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the medieval village of St Ambroix, the Renaissance village (16th century) of Barjac and Uzès, and with an exceptional view over the Cèze river valley. The real unadulterated Provencal Midi....
You'll love our accommodation for its Provencal atmosphere and the peace and quiet of the JUMAS district. The swimming pool is heated in season. Ideal for couples / families You will be close to tourist sites and exceptional views (Pont du Gard, Bamboo grove Anduze ect ...) restaurants and parks nearby, the city centre of Saint AMBROIX a few minutes is very popular for shopping.
Your gîte is located on the first floor of a new building, it is independent and you have a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet. An Ethernet connection is available for teleworking in complete peace of mind. The swimming pool is shared with the owners only, and is accessed from the back of the house. It is open from 15 May to 15 September.
You have access to the pool from 10:30 in the morning to 20:00 in the evening, with the possibility of late swimming. Part of the garden is reserved for you with table, chairs and parasol, a plancha is available, pool area with sun loungers.
The first floor of our house, reserved for our guests, includes a bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a large room with a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen, a shower and a private toilet. You have private access to the terrace and the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, but there are tables with ashtrays in the garden.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, equipped with electric shutters, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee and tea maker, hoover, iron and ironing board.
The flat is fully air-conditioned.
In the Cévennes-Cèze region, our accommodation is 800 m from the town centre, the town of Saint Ambroix, whose medieval quarters hint at a past rich in history. Home of the "Volo Biou" legend, it offers visitors the colours of the "midi".
