The spacious swimming pool (10m x 4m) offers spectacular panoramic views across the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône to the Dentelles de Montmirail mountain range and Mont Ventoux. In the garden, shady spots under fruit and olive trees invite you to relax. The villa faces south and is therefore protected from the Mistral wind. The large, sun-protected terrace is the ideal gathering place for meals, leisurely aperitifs, and convivial gatherings. The pool area with sun loungers and parasols is directly accessible from the main terrace. The villa and garden are private for our guests. The property is fenced and secured by an electric gate. The villa's location offers complete privacy and is not visible from the outside. You enter the villa through a spacious foyer into the generous living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, pool, and garden. The living area is equipped with a TV, video player, and an open fireplace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and you will also find a cozy breakfast nook. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, a large bathroom with toilet, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads to a quiet office with a library on the upper floor, which offers wonderful views and is perfect for reading, working, or relaxing. Wi-Fi is available.
