The flat is located near the old town of Villefranche sur Mer, in a well-kept and secure luxury residence with a private car park, a communal pool and a park.

From the terrace you have a unique panorama over the Cap Ferrat peninsula and the bay of Villefranche sur Mer as well as the old town. The complex has a security guard, a communal pool (which is never overcrowded even in summer), a private car park and a Mediterranean park. The entire complex, including the pool and park, is floodlit at night (in case anyone wants to swim a few laps late in the evening). Although the pool is not heated, it can be used from the end of May to the end of September. However, it is open all year round for those who simply want to relax and unwind in the sun by the pool.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the residence with excellent connections to Nice, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Eze and Monaco (bus lines 100 and 81 every 10 to 15 minutes). So you can easily explore the whole of the Cote d'Azur from here without a car. If you prefer to travel by car, there is a private car park available. The train station is about six minutes' walk away. From there you can get to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St Tropez and Marseilles.
