On the ground floor is the living area with an open-plan corner kitchen and a dining table for up to four people. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring hob, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle, small fridge and cooking and eating utensils. The cosy sofa invites you to relax. This sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for the 4th person (in the maisonettes where the second bedroom has a single bed).
