The villa is located is the small village on Nopigia a quiet area close to Kissamos town and very close to a small and family friendly beach.In the heart of an olive grove overlooking the sea, we have created a small heaven for those that seek something special for their vacations.

The spacious private pool area and front veranda, equipped with an outdoor dining table, 6 sunbeds, umbrella are an ideal place for romantic evenings, for drinking a cocktails, or having your dinner under the light of the moon.
Colorful flowerbeds and gardens along with a small fountain, which follows the changing color pattern of the pool, surround the villa.

Villa is a spacious 120 m2 building, which can accommodate 6-7 persons depending on your needs. Designed like a residence with the highest standards and placed at the highest point of the olive grove it offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.
Villa offers, two living rooms fully furnished and tastefully decorated with vivid colors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with everything a modern house needs, two amenity rooms and large verandas and gardens. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses. The entire villa has an autonomous heating/cooling system and a fireplace on the ground floor, since it can be rented throughout the year. It also offers a safe box, free Wi-Fi Internet access and private parking area inside the compound.

The villas are located at the area of Nopigia Kissamos. The seaside village of Nopigia is located 4km east of Kissamos and 30km west of Chania city. It is built on the east side of the Kissamos Bay. The beach is 400m away. Nearest town with supermarkets restaurants is Kissamos town which is 4km from the villas.

Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 400 metres).
