Flat in the hamlet of Alberese, about 4 km from Le Due Ruote Resort, close to the Park Visitor Centre, the cycle path to the sea and the departure of the shuttle buses to the beach, in a brand new residential complex, elegantly furnished and complete with all comforts.
The interior of the flat is a spacious two-room flat on the ground floor. It is composed of a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, which, despite having a wall close to the embankment, enjoys light and ventilation thanks to a high window with no overlook, a complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a large living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, a utility room with washing machine, an independent heating and air-conditioning system, a small veranda with a table for breakfast outdoors and a convenient parking space.
Bed linen, towels and table cloths are available. Possibility of change on request for a fee.
The flat can accommodate up to 5 persons using the sofa bed in the living room.

Those staying in the flats can book a table at the Antica Dogana Restaurant, inside the Resort le Due Ruote, with an à la carte menu of both land and sea food, with a reserved 20% discount excluding drinks.
Here, the days can be lived intensely or in the dolce far niente, or organised thanks to the resort's staff. For the energetic, you can go trekking in the Maremma Park, horse riding, canoeing, and mountain biking in Etruscan sites, historic villages such as Pitigliano Sorano, etc.
For the more relaxed: horse-drawn carriage, cruise to Giglio Island, wine tasting, Terme di Saturnia.
