The Villa is part of an ancient 'Baglio' completely renovated, immersed in a lush garden surrounding the swimming pool and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Modern and equipped with all comforts, it preserves the charm of'antico.
La Villa si trova in un punto strategico nel Golfo di Castellammare a metà strada tra gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani.
Ad un chilometro di distanza troviamo Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Bar, Supermercati per tutte le vostre esigenze.
Il Check-in è previsto alle ore 05:00 PM e il Check-out alle ore 10:00 AM.
Ma è possibile effettuare il check-in fino alla mezzanotte, ma dopo le 21,30 vi sarà richiesto un supplemento per check-in notturno.

Orari diversi devono essere concordati con i proprietari e verrà richiesto un supplemento, come descritto alla fine della descrizione tra i supplementi extra opzionali.
Per un confortevole soggiorno è consigliabile l’auto a noleggio.

Nella Villa sono presenti:
5 Camere da Letto (2 camere da letto doppie con 2 bagni interni, 2 camere da letto triple che possono usare i bagni esterni alle camere da letto e 1 camera da letto quadrupla con il suo bagno interno. La camera da letto quadrupla è anche collegata a una camera da letto tripla, ma entrambe hanno un ingresso indipendente dal patio, quindi basta chiudere a chiave la porta comunicante e sarà isolata dall'another bedroom).

Infatti in pochi minuti di Auto, sono raggiungibili la spiaggia di Alcamo Marina con accesso libero con sabbia fine e dorata, la città di Alcamo con il suo Castello dei "Conti di Modica", La Riserva Naturale del Bosco D’Alcamo sul Monte Bonifato, il percorso delle Chiese e del Vino Bianco D’Alcamo DOC, il Porto turistico di Castellammare del Golfo, con il suo Castello, i Faraglioni di Scopello con il suo Borgo e Tonnara di Scopello, la Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro, il Tempio Greco di Segesta con il suo Anfiteatro Greco, Le acque termali Segestane, tutto a pochi minuti.
Mentre a soli 30 minuti di auto sono raggiungibili la Città di Palermo con tutte le sue meraviglie e i suoi Centri Commerciali, Monreale, Erice, Custonaci e la sua "Grotta Mangiapane", Trapani con le sue Saline, Marsala con la sua Riserva Naturale dello Stagnone e l’isola di Mothia, La nave Punica di Marsala, Castelvetrano e Selinunte con il suo Parco Archeologico.

Cose da sapere:
- La piscina verrà pulita ogni settimana compreso il controllo della qualità dell'water, at no extra cost.

- Al check-in, vi verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, che vi verrà restituito al check-out, se si saranno rispettate le regole della raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti da parte vostra.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
- Bath/shower towels (white) in each room cannot be used for the pool and beach.
If you do not have pool/beach towels, we can hire them for you at a cost of € 10 per towel for your entire stay.
- For an early check-in, please ask for availability, an extra charge of € 30 per hour of extra use of the villa will be charged.
- For a Late Check-out, please ask for availability, a supplement of € 30 per extra hour of use of the villa will be charged.
- To have a baby cot, ask for availability because we have to make a rental, an extra charge of € 100 will be requested, for the whole stay including rental, transport at check-in and check-out, by the rental company.
- If you wish to have a baby high chair, please ask for availability because we have to make a rental, a supplement of € 40 will be requested, for the entire stay including rental, transport at check-in and check-out, by the rental company.
- If you would like to host a friend or relative in the villa during your stay, even without overnight stay and only during the day, you must first ask the owners for permission and if this is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement of € 40 per person for each day, even if it is only partial.
- Although you can check in late, until midnight, be aware that if you check in after 9.30 pm, you will be asked to pay an extra charge of € 50 for the Night check-in.
- For other requests not described, please ask the owners for the supplement.
