Olive Charme is a newly built small villa of approx. 80 square metres, on a farm surrounded by a spectacular olive grove in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The house can accommodate 4 adults. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a small one with a bunk bed. It is divided into a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with shower. It has a nice porch facing north and west. The house is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. It has 2 uncovered parking spaces near the house. Olive charme is suitable for spending time outdoors, having aperitifs and meals or simply relaxing amidst the olive trees, caressed by the gentle breeze coming from Lake Garda.The centre of Bardolino is only 2.5 km away and can also be explored by bicycle through the many narrow streets that criss-cross the vineyards of Bardolino.
