It is a quiet flat and through its five windows one can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

The terrace is 10 sqm with a sea view and is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

In the living room there is a seating area with two armchairs and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds; a kitchenette with gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine (both Italian mocha and filter) and dishwasher. From here a corridor leads to the bathroom with shower, washing machine and sea view window and to the double bedroom. Air conditioning.
All the furniture is light-coloured, making the flat very bright. The holiday flats are located on the 3rd and top floor of a building (with lift) in Marina di Castagneto, where you will also find small shops and restaurants.

The beach directly in front of the building is free of charge.
Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating, as well as changing rooms, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols, and access to a free beach.

Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
