A comfortable, air-conditioned apartment (60 m²) ideal for 4–5 people. Furnished in a minimalistic style, it is perfect for a couple’s holiday, a family stay, or a trip with friends.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa and LED TV and a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, dishes, cutlery, an electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle.
No elevator.

Outside there is a furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Opposite the building you can find a large public car park. The area is quiet and calm, especially because we are located in a residential place not close to chaotic pubs or noisy spots. But on the other hand, all restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and bike shops are near our holiday houses.

In 30 min by car you can easily reach Ragusa, Ibla, Modica and Scicli – all part of the beautiful Val di Noto!
