Podere Riparossa is located between Lajatico, Volterra and the sea, in the beautiful Pisan hills. The farmhouse is inhabited by the owners, who have created an independent flat in an elegant setting with a panoramic view of the Pisan hills. The flat is accessible through a private and independent gate, with parking underneath.

An external staircase, typical of Tuscan farmhouses, leads to the interior of the accommodation, consisting of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two terraces with panoramic views. The sleeping area consists of two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a lovely portico surrounded by the garden, furnished with a sofa and armchairs. In front of the porch, for exclusive use, there is an outdoor kitchen with a covered veranda equipped for dinners for up to 8 people. From here, as well as from all sides of the house, there is a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and the town of Volterra. The property has a tennis court available for guests.

The entire house is surrounded by an olive grove and a large, well-kept garden. A 6x12 m swimming pool equipped with gazebo, relaxation area and outdoor shower is available to guests and shared only with the kind owners who will be happy to welcome and assist you during your stay. Privacy is guaranteed throughout the Podere.

In the village of Chianni (2.5 km) there are some typical Tuscan restaurants and all essential services. Throughout the area, but particularly in nearby Terricciola (7 km), there are numerous wine cellars that produce wine and oil and where you can stop for a tasting. Chianni is a medieval village of Etruscan origin immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside.
