The Rustico, former olive oil mill, is located about 4 km from the sea above the seaside resort of Diano Marina in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the valley, Diano Marina and the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can go hiking and/or mountain biking directly from the holiday home. Bicycles, e-bikes and scooters can be hired in Diano Marina.
There is the possibility for families or friends to rent the property together with the studio flat "Piccola Navettta", depending on availability.
The apartment is fully equipped for two to a maximum of four people. The bathroom is spacious with two washbasins, shower and WC. Directly from the living room is the access to a beautiful large terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, olive groves and Diano Marina, as we also attach great importance to sustainability, we have decided to prepare the hot water supply via solar energy.
At the separate entrance of the house there is a beautiful subtropical garden with palm trees, oleanders, bouganville and Mediterranean plants and a terrace with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and Diano Marina. There is a barbecue on the terrace.
The flat is suitable for holidaymakers looking for peace and relaxation. As the flat has a separate entrance it is more like a holiday home. The landlord is always helpful and happy to give tips for your stay and there is the possibility to rent scooters, e-bikes or bicycles.
The holiday property is located on the hillside of Diano Marina, approx. 4 km from the sea. The typical Ligurian provincial capital Imperia with its enchanting arcades is 10 km away. Imperia offers many possibilities to eat relaxed in the old fishing harbour. Sanremo is 25 km away and Monte-Carlo and Nice are 45 and 60 km away respectively. Also 6 km away in the other direction is the picturesque village of Cervo and 15 km away is Alassio with its elegant boutiques. A further 80 km away is the Ligurian capital Genoa, which invites you to feast and shop. The railway station which connects all the cities is 3.5 km away. The hinterland offers opportunities for excursions into the impressive Maritime Alps.
