This 70m² holiday apartment renovated in 2016 is situated in Florence, in the popular San Lorenzo district, very close to the big market hall and just a ten-minute walk from the main train station.

It is on the third floor of a residential house without a lift. It will impress you with its very chic, modern and tasteful interior that is completely new. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a sitting cushion that can be converted into a comfortable single bed. There is also a double sofa bed (140 x 190cm) in the living room. There is a gallery above the living room with a single bed that can be pulled out as a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking (four gas rings) and baking (mini oven). Two Italian espresso pots (for three and six people), the toaster and the kettle ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. Plenty of cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans are provided. The two bathrooms each have a shower, WC and washbasin. A hairdryer is also available. During the cooler winter months, the heating in the living room and bedroom ensures pleasant warmth and in summer there is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom for cooling off after a long day full of new impressions.

There are many parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, some payable and some free.

The apartment is near the historical centre of Florence and so close to the famous San Lorenzo market. It is not far to Piazza del Duomo and the Battistero of San Giovanni. The Uffizi are also within a ten-minute walk.

It is just 50 metres to various grocery shops. If you do not feel like cooking then you can be served at one of the many surrounding restaurants. There are also bars, pubs, cinemas, a theatre, churches, all kinds of shops right nearby. The apartment is near the historical centre of Florence and so close to the famous San Lorenzo market. It is not far to the cathedral. The Uffizi Museum is also within a ten-minute walk.
