This magnificent detached villa with pool in Versilia is located between Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Massa (both 4 km away), pearls of the Tuscan coast.
In the nearby village of Cinquale there is a good choice of restaurants and bars.

The villa, with a large garden (5000 sqm) and private swimming pool (10x5 m, open from June to October), is 1500 metres from the beach.
There is also a large barbecue area, private fenced parking, Wi-Fi internet connection and fans.
Animals NOT allowed.

The house, 600 sqm and elegantly furnished, is on two floors and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Ground floor: Access from the large garden or from the courtyard at the back where the swimming pool is located.
Spacious and bright living room with satellite TV, a large dining room, a small and a large kitchen (oven, 3 fridges with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave), laundry room and a large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, with access to the garden. A bathroom with shower. A beautiful carved wooden staircase leads to the first floor, with balcony and mountain views.

3 days of house cleaning during the week are included in the price.

Weekly cleaning (3 days at guest's discretion) is included in the additional flat rate.
