The residence is located on the first floor of an aristocratic palace dating back to the end of the 19th century and designed by the famous architect Napoleone Portaluri. Access to the house is via an independent flight of stairs that leads to a graceful entrance hall, from which one enters a large frescoed room characterised by a high vaulted ceiling and a luminous French window overlooking the large garden below, in the centre of which stands the majestic chimney, an architectural remnant of the old factory, 54 metres high and a characteristic symbol of the city itself. The dwelling is completed with another room used as a bedroom, which also has frescoes representing the four phases of the day, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped for all needs. The kitchen leads to a large terrace with a gazebo, tables and chairs. Guests have a dedicated and independent entrance and can park their cars inside the property's courtyard.
