This beautiful villa is located just 1 km from Montaione, a medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, in a quiet area.
The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (12x6 m, open from the beginning of May to the end of September) and a large, comfortable Jacuzzi.

It consists of a main house of 240 sqm and an independent house of 40 sqm.
During the week, the owners can prepare a pizza dinner in the reception room, located directly in front of the villa. Guests also have at their disposal a vegetable garden and an orchard where they can buy seasonal produce, children's games and a table tennis table.
Guests can also book wine and olive oil tastings, as well as a cooking or catering service.
Three bicycles are also available for hire.

The 240 sqm villa, rented together with the 60 sqm detached house, can accommodate up to 15 people. The main house is very well furnished in Tuscan style and is divided into two communicating parts; both parts are very private as each has its own fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher).
Entering from the left side, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double) and a bathroom with shower.
From the ground floor there is access to the adjoining flat and a terrace where there is a gazebo and a barbecue. The adjoining flat, which also has a separate entrance, consists on the ground floor of a large living room with dining area, satellite TV and double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a large veranda with barbecue and view of the pool.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double) and two bathrooms with shower. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
Air conditioning (included in the price up to 300Kw consumption) in all rooms. Also available to guests are a washing machine, mosquito nets, a safe, fans and Wi-Fi internet.

The dependance is a small cottage of 60 sq m, fully air-conditioned, 40 m from the main house, equipped with a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette (fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) and double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer. Private terrace with barbecue. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

Distances: The village is within walking distance, as are supermarkets (approx. 1000 m) and restaurants. Florence, Siena and Pisa are about 55 km away, while San Gimignano is only 20 km and Volterra 29 km. A visit to Certaldo and Colle Val d'Elsa is certainly a must.
