The 25 sqm 'Conchiglie di Luna' flat on the first floor is the perfect retreat for two people. It welcomes you with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer and courtesy set. To ensure you have an independent and pleasant stay, the built-in kitchen offers a dining table, touch control hob, coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Entertainment is provided by a 32" flat-screen TV, and you can count on linen rented from a specialised company, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and bed, kitchen and bathroom linen.
Outside, private parking is available in a tiled indoor garage or in the courtyard enclosed by an automatic gate, ensuring your convenience. The relaxing experience is completed with our eco-friendly swimming pool in the courtyard, filled with rainwater and heated with solar panels and biomass, open from May to September. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a panoramic sun terrace for moments of pure well-being.
