Spacious villa in the heart of Florentine Chianti, only 7 km from Incisa Val Arno.
This is the land that provided the backdrop for Leonardo's paintings, a spectacular picturesque landscape with enchanting medieval villages.
The villa is immersed in the greenery and tranquillity that characterise the Tuscan countryside. At the same time, it is close to the village. Leccio, with restaurants, shops and a supermarket, is only 3 km away. The charming villages of Figline Valdarno and Reggello are 10 km away.

The villa is a typical Tuscan country house, whose style reflects the simplicity of rural life. Here your attention will be captured by the wooden and brick floors, wrought-iron beds, large sofas, vaulted ceilings and arches. All details you will fall in love with.
The villa has a large garden with a salt-water swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, open from May to September) and a covered terrace adjacent to the dining room with a table for 16 people and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.

The structure, which can accommodate up to 16 people, consists of a 265 m² villa and a 75 m² outbuilding (the former 'Limonaia', where plants were stored during the winter).
Ground floor of the main house: entrance hall, dining room with seating for 16, living room with fireplace, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer), one service bathroom.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms (the master bedroom has 2 extra beds on the mezzanine) with satellite TV and a safe. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms only.
Dependance: On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room, a sitting room, satellite TV and a kitchenette. On the first floor there is a double room with satellite TV and private bathroom with shower, and a twin room with satellite TV and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

A rear entrance to the annexe leads to a wellness room with sauna, cold-water bath and a bathroom with shower, as well as to the laundry room.

Energy consumption included up to 250kw. On Saturdays, for a minimum stay of 2 weeks, a surcharge applies and bed linen and towels are changed.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, mosquito nets on all bedroom windows, washing machine, Wi-Fi, heating, toiletries, alarm system, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, cot and high chair, private parking and table tennis table. Pets allowed.
