Monteverde is one of Rome's most famous neighbourhoods because it is considered its green corner with the presence of the famous Villa Pamphili park (50 metres away), close to the Janiculum Hill, the terrace of Rome, from which one can appreciate the panorama of the city. In addition, tram line 8 runs through the district, reaching Piazza Venezia via Trastevere.
