The flat is a three-roomed flat sleeping 5/6, located in a recently built Sardinian-style residence.
It consists of a large double bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds (second pull-out bed), a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with all kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and washing machine. The accessories also include: television, iron and ironing board, storage cupboard on the terrace. Water tank 30,000 litres. The house is not equipped with air conditioning, but it remains very cool at all hours of the day and very airy.
The house is located within the residential centre of Monte Petrosu with all services nearby. The location is quiet and the village very pretty. The sea is about 1 km away, one of the nearest beaches is called Porto Taverna (ideal for families). There are also many other beaches nearby (La Cinta, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo, Porto Istana, Costa Corallina, Cala Suaraccia, Cala Girgolu and others). The location of the accommodation is strategic because it also allows one to reach many tourist destinations, such as San Teodoro (5 km) or Porto San Paolo (4 km).
