Discover the timeless charm of LVI Retreat, a cosy oasis of tranquillity nestled in the picturesque hills of north-eastern Friuli, in the renowned Colli Orientali wine region, in Sedilis, near Tarcento. Internally, LVI Retreat is spread over two floors with a total of 66 m², plus a 19 m² balcony and a spacious 45 m² panoramic terrace. On the second floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a table with four chairs. The cosy and well-appointed living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV, perfect for relaxing moments. Sliding doors in the living room lead to the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the valley and is furnished with a bistro table and chairs.
On the second floor are two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a chaise longue and complementary accessories, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is equipped with modern amenities and fine finishes, offering guests comfort and convenience. A motorised skylight provides access to the roof terrace, which features a lounge area with propane brazier, parasol and 360-degree panoramic views of the region.
Private parking is available for guests within the property. Please note that smoking, lighting fires, candles or incense, as well as bringing animals or organising parties and events on the property is prohibited. Guests are responsible for the safe use of the pool and for maintaining safety and hygiene in the pool area.
