The stylish apartment is on an elegant residential complex by Lake Garda, in Toscolano Maderno (Brescia). The complex is in the midst of the old town centre of Maderno.
The apartment has a furnished balcony accessed from the living room-kitchen and a little terrace accessed from the bedroom. The complex has a big pool of a high standard, a comfortable sun terrace and a big garden, which the old lemon grove is part of. The garden and the pool are for the shared use of all guests. There is a big garage in the basement in that are provided 3 bicycles that are free to use.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building (with a lift), the result of the restoration of an old villa with an adjoining lemon grove, which has been preserved and is part of the shared garden. The size and arrangement of the windows has been kept, while the stairwells inside the building have been extended and laid with white marble. The railings and balconies imitate traditional forms. The apartment measures 70m². The exposed wooden ceiling beams are a characteristic feature. The big living room-kitchen has a sofa bed for two people and access to the balcony with a view of the old town centre. The apartment also has a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and access to the romantic little terrace with a view of the lake and of the shared garden with a pool. The location of the complex in the old town centre is ideal, as it is on the one hand very quiet, but on the other hand near services and amenities such as a pharmacy, bank, post office, church, supermarket, restaurant, ice cream shop etc. The jetty for the boats connecting Toscolano Maderno with the other towns around Lake Garda (Torri del Benaco, Desenzano, Riva del Garda etc) is very nearby. You can get to Salo easily in 30 minutes by bike.
