The Volterra Pool Villa is located about 11 km from Volterra in the middle of the Tuscan hills with breathtaking views.
The house we offer is part of a completely renovated "Borgo", a gated Estate owned by a German family.

A typical sandy road leads you to the Estate surrounded by the Tuscan nature.

The stone house is part of an Italian borgo that has been restored with great attention to detail, about 15 minutes from Volterra. It spoils you with a sublime view of the surrounding natural landscape in the heart of Tuscany. The spacious garden is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 guests on two levels. It is part of the Villaflair portfolio and thus offers the usual service.

A forged iron gate opens access to the Borgo and offers its guests private parking spaces on the property. From there you can easily walk to your holiday home, which extends over two levels. Via the garden you get to the main entrance of the house.

The ground floor is accessed via the living and dining area, with a separate kitchen that is very well equipped. There is a large smart TV in the living room for sociable evenings at the cinema. In the further course you come to the bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Directly opposite is the study with a desk – ideal if you have work to do on the computer or want to make video calls. The room has access to a second bathroom on this level, with a comfortable bathtub.

An internal, stone staircase with the original steps takes you to the upper floor, which is divided into 3 further bedrooms – two with a double bed and one with two single beds, and another bathroom.The spacious balcony, to which two of the bedrooms have access, is particularly pleasant.
When it came to the interior design, emphasis was placed on the choice of high-quality materials that harmonize with the original, authentic character of the house.
The shared pool can be reached on foot and is characterized above all by the wonderful view of the surrounding natural landscape of Tuscany.

Volterra is about an hour’s drive west and about 1.5 hours south-west of Florence.
As the former center of the Etruscans, it is one of the most culturally rich cities in Tuscany and thus an attraction for tourists from all over the world. In addition to the numerous sights such as the city wall, you will find many shops with local handicrafts in the center of Volterra. After extensive shopping you can stop in one of the restaurants and indulge yourself with the local Tuscan dishes and wines.
