Semesterhus Trojkovic- Fyra sovrum stuga med terrass och pool

Hus:
Holiday Home Trojkovic ligger på Bosanka, en lugn landsbygdsby bara 5 km från Dubrovniks gamla stadsdel. Fastigheten erbjuder en lyxig villa med fyra sovrum med en utomhuspool, ett fullt utrustat kök, två badrum, gratis WiFi och luftkonditionering. Fastigheten erbjuder gratis parkering, reservation krävs. Bagageförvaring före incheckning och efter utcheckning är tillgänglig, så att du kan utforska området lite mer före avresan. Denna stuga med fyra sovrum med terrass och pool har WiFi, luftkonditionering och platt-TV med satellitkanaler. Köket är fullt utrustat med kylskåp, ugn, spis, diskmaskin, vattenkokare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare. Fastigheten har två badrum, ett med duschkabin och det andra med badkar dusch. Strykjärn och strykbräda, tvättmaskin, hårtork, barnsäng står till gästernas förfogande, liksom grillmöjligheter, uteservering, solterrass och en utomhuskök. Utomhuspoolen är en perfekt plats att tillbringa varma sommardagar på. Konoba Dubrava ligger 500 meter från fastigheten. Restaurant Zicara-Panorama ligger 1 km från fastigheten. Gamla stan i Dubrovnik, känd för sin gamla stad Murar och många historiska sevärdheter ligger 15 minuters bilresa bort eller 5 km. Busshållplatsen till Dubrovnik ligger 2 minuters promenad från boendet med bussar som passerar ofta (12 gånger om dagen). Biljetten är ca. 2 euro per person. Den berömda stranden Banje ligger 5 km från boendet. Dubrovniks flygplats Cilipi ligger 14 km bort, och till färjehamnen Gruž är det 6 km.

Interiören kan avvika något jmf foton. Bostadens komfort är dock som beskrivet. Det är absolut förbjudet att anordna studentfester, möhippor, svensexor eller fyllefester i huset

A little difficult to find in the lovely village of Bosanka (better signage would be a great help!) but this is a large comfortable home from home, A short walk from the cable car, Bosanka is well served by the local No 17 bus which runs hourly and takes around 30 minutes to deposit you at both the Ploce and Pile gates of the old City, There are no shops in the village and supplies need to be brought from town but there is an excellent restaurant for which it is advisable to book, The 4 bedrooms are large and the combined dining/sitting room is large and easily accommodated our party of five, The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and has a large American style fridge with ice cubes on demand,
