The holiday home is located just 100 metres from the sea in the small coastal village of "CESARICA". The village is situated directly on the coast, between the regions of Kvarner and North Dalmatia, 60 kilometres from Zadar or Senj. This coastal region offers visitors a unique opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with wild nature, far away from the tourist crowds. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the combination of sea and mountains, this is the best place to combine a seaside holiday with a hiking or cycling holiday in the national parks.

- Parking for several cars is available on the fenced and lockable property.

2 pebble beaches with crystal-clear water are a 5-minute walk from the house.
