This detached house is near the beach, just a 10-minute drive from Crikvenica and the beaches, in a quiet location on a road in Bribir with little traffic. It is in beautiful surroundings with plenty of greenery and a lovely mountain and sea view.

There are three parking spaces in front of the house. The garden has a big pool, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill. A dining table and chairs are provided.

The house provides 180m² of living space on two floors, where you can relax completely and can find everything you need. The special feature of this house is that it has two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs, so you can decide yourself where to cook. The house has a total of four bedrooms with double beds. Three of the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The beds measure as follows: in the first bedroom 195 x 200cm, in the second bedroom 203 x 203cm, in the third bedroom 200 x 185cm. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and the bed measures 140 x 198cm. All the bedrooms have wardrobes for your clothing and luggage. There are also two fold-out single beds that can be used upstairs in the living room or in one of the other rooms. Therefore the house can accommodate a total of ten people. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher and on the ground floor there is also a microwave. You can also use a filter coffee machine. In total there are two bathrooms with a shower and WC. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and clothes horse.

The house has an Internet connection and all the bedrooms have a TV. There is air conditioning in the upper part of the house. You can hire a motorboat at an additional cost (more info in the supplementary costs). The conditions are the appropriate boat licence and the availability of the motorboat, as it is also used elsewhere.
