The holiday apartment is in a historical villa in a quiet and sunny location on a slope on a cul-de-sac in Opatija, just 50 metres from the beach and from the town centre.
The 12m² terrace is partially roofed, has garden furniture and affords a great view of the sea. The fenced garden behind the villa is available for use. It has flowers and plants, garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park by the house.
The two-family villa has been renovated and provides 80m² of living space on the upper floor, which faces south. The 50m² living and dining room has a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The open kitchen is fully-equipped with two hotplates, an oven, a steamer, a grill, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a breakfast counter. The dining space has a table for six people. The bathroom provides a shower bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet and there is also a separate toilet. Wireless Internet access is available, as are a washing machine and a dryer.
