The building is located above the old fishing village of Volosca, a hamlet of Opatija. Thanks to its location, it offers a magnificent view of the Kvarner Bay. It is located 300 metres from the sea, at an altitude of 65 metres. The sea and restaurants are within easy walking distance, while the centre of Opatija is only 1 km away.
The separate annexe is about 35 square metres and is separated from the main building by a few steps. The small house is open-plan. The living area consists of a kitchenette, separated from the sleeping area by shelving. The sleeping area has a double bed. The living area includes a sofa bed suitable for a child, a dining table and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with two electric cookers, a coffee machine and a mini-oven.
