Beautiful beach house-style bungalow on a friendly small-scale holiday park with shared playground, tennis court and swimming pool

This beautiful quadrant bungalow was completely renovated in 2017 and fitted with a new floor and bathroom. The whole is very tastefully decorated in "beach house style". It is located on a cosy, small-scale holiday park in the Zeeland fishing village of Stavenisse on the island of Tholen. The cosy beach at Stavenisse is one kilometre away.

The bungalow has a lovely sheltered garden.
In the garden, you will find a lovely lounge set under a patio cover so you can sit outside for a long time in the evening. There is also a dining table with chairs and an electrically operated sunshade.
There is also a barbecue in the garden.

The bungalow has a living-dining room with open kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The whole is very tastefully decorated, fresh and cosy.
In the living-dining room you will find a sitting area with a television and a dining table.
The open kitchen has a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a four-burner gas stove.
You will also find: a toaster, a kettle, a juicer and a coffee machine suitable for Nespresso capsules.
Of course, the crockery is completely in style with the rest of the house, and all other things you would expect in a kitchen are present.
In the beautiful, fresh bathroom you will find a lovely walk-in shower, a toilet and a bathroom cabinet with storage space.
On the ground floor, you will find a lovely double bed measuring 1.60x2.00m.
Upstairs you will find a second and third bedroom, each with 2 beds measuring 0.80x2.00m.

Cyclists and hikers will have a great time in the area as the region has kilometres of cycling and walking paths.
The centre of Stavenisse is easily reached on foot and has a supermarket with a very wide range of products, a bakery, a very hospitable snack bar and also a small harbour with a restaurant and cosy seating areas.
The beach at Stavenisse is easy to reach on foot or by bike and you will find a larger beach about 7 km away in Sint Annaland.
Stavenisse lies on the Oosterschelde, which has been the largest national park in the Netherlands for about 10 years.
The Oosterschelde is very popular with divers because of its varied underwater world.
If you would like to go out for fun, there are many possibilities, some of which are:
-A day trip to Neeltje Jans in Zierikzee.
-The sandy beach and regional museum in Sint Annaland, from where various boat trips are also offered.
-The Arsenal in Vlissingen.
-The butterfly garden at Kwadedamme.
-Beautiful places such as: Bergen op Zoom, Goes, Vlissingen and Rennese are easily accessible.

The bungalow is fully equipped with WIFI, Canal Digital satellite TV with many channels.
There are some board games available. There are table tennis bats and a table tennis table in the park. A washing machine and drying rack are also not lacking in this bungalow.
For those wishing to come with children, there is a high chair and a cot. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs can be locked from the outside so that your children cannot descend the stairs.
The park has an outdoor swimming pool for common use and for small guests there is a children's pool.
Furthermore, the park has a beautiful tennis court, a football field, a volleyball court and a playground with play equipment for children.
The restaurant serves delicious food at very friendly prices, so if you don't feel like cooking, no problem.
The restaurant is also equipped with WIFI and an automatic external defribilator (AED) is available.
If you would like to play billiards, this is also possible as the restaurant has a beautiful billiard table.
