This semi-detached bungalow is located near the central car park, making it easily accessible. An excellent spot for quiet recreation. Within walking distance of this property is national park the Oosterschelde with magnificent diving grounds. Also, the bungalow is located at a forest edge. The plot has a surface area of 280 m².
The large sunny garden is fully fenced (ideal for dogs and small children) and offers a lot of privacy in a green environment. The house has a large veranda with lounge set. Jacuzzi for 5 people and a fixed barbecue. There is also an outside tap handy for divers.
The bungalow has a cosy living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor is the living/dining room, a cosy seating area with satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, a toaster iron, an egg boiler, a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle and a gas cooker. The house has central heating. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with 2x 80 cm x 200 cm box-spring beds. The house is equipped with a washing machine and free Wi-Fi is available. Cot, high chair and stair gate are available.
The village of Stavenisse is a very small picturesque village with a cosy harbour located on the Oosterschelde estuary. There is a small sandy beach at the harbour. Stavenisse is very popular with divers and other water sports enthusiasts. Nature is very beautiful here, surroundings exude tranquillity and space. But if you prefer the hustle and bustle, that's no problem either. Within an hour's drive you can be in Antwerp, Rotterdam, Goes Zierikzee, Middelburg or Vlissingen.
The entire house was completely renovated in June 2017 at which time no expense was spared. The park has a large playing field with various pieces of playground equipment. There is an all-weather tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool , trampoline , table tennis table and a football table. There is also a pool table inside the restaurant. The restaurant offers delicious food and drinks. The caretakers are ready to answer all your questions. It is also possible to rent bikes at the park.
