This lovely house is situated in the countryside with fruit trees around and great rural view. Modern furnished with some rustic details.

Due to the maritime climate, air conditioning is not needed. Casa Pomar is also suitable for the winter months, there is a good wood stove. The house is well isolated and equipped with high-quality window frames with double glazing. Solar panels are used.

The house, terrace and pool is all for your private use. You can enjoy the nice views. In the area are little agricultural activities. The terrace is equipped with outside furniture and barbecue. Plunge pool under the figtree.

*Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 500 metres).
*There is a travel bed for small children available on request.

In the little village Rogil is a supermarket, ATM, petrol station and daily freshmarket with vegetables and fresh fish. The bigger beaches of Aljezur and Odeceixe (with good surf possibilities) you reach in a 15 minutes drive.
