The 2 1/2 room flat is cosily furnished and is located on the top floor of our farmhouse. It offers space for 4-5 people. The equipment of the individual rooms;
Kitchen: 2 hotplates, oven, coffee machine (Tchibo) capsules can be purchased on site, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster,
raclette table grill, fondue crockery. Living room: Upholstered suite, TV, reading lamp, table, chair, dining table for 5 people, double bed behind curtain with bedside table and lamp.... Wardrobe incl. hanger
Bedroom: parquet floor, double bed and 1 single bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamp, wardrobe incl. hanger, chair, bathroom: shower with sliding walls, toilet, small chest of drawers with towels, washbasin with mirror cabinet, hairdryer,
outdoor area
It has a cosy outdoor seating area with table and 5 chairs, parasol, gas barbecue on request, beautiful asphalted forecourt and lawn.
Reserved parking space, a second parking space is also available on request.
Surroundings
Our farm is situated just outside the village centre of Obsee, Lungern in a very rural and quiet location.
In 5 minutes you are in the "Sunnis" a small grocery shop, which offers everything for everyday life, including fine fresh bread.
Despite the rural location you are not far from Lucerne or Interlaken, by car about 30 minutes, the nearest ski area can be reached in 15 minutes. The beautiful Lake Lungern can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. Our region is beautiful for hiking from spring to autumn.
Child friendly with a play box to play outside. Our dog Bobby is also a good playmate...
