The two-level flat, with its two terraces, is very close to the lakeside promenade and offers splendid views of Lake Maggiore. Along the lakeside promenade there are several restaurants where you can relax and there is also a docking station of the Navigazione Lago Maggiore shipping company. From here you can take a boat to Italy (e.g. Cannobbio or Luino) or to Ascona, Locarno or the charming Brissago Islands.
