The modern very nice 4* superior 3-room apartment with 5 beds on the 3rd floor. Floor includes 1 living/dining room with SAT-TV & SAT-radio as well as DVD/CD-player, Free Wi-Fi, 1 double bedroom (with electric window blinds), 1 triple bedroom (1 bunk bed across and 2 single beds also with electric window blinds), high chair, toilet attachment, changing pad, children's dishes and child safety lock for bed, some board games and painting materials, modern kitchen with high comfort (dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter machine, a fully autom. Coffee machine, 1 Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, water/egg stove, raclette, fondue & fondue chinoise dishes etc.), modern wet room with shower/WC, large south-facing balcony with sun blinds, own washing machine with tumbler (incl. washing powder). In addition, this apartment has a fireplace stove (wood is provided free of charge to our guests).

The modern and very nice apartments and studio "Drieri" of a centrally located apartment house are located in the car-free part of the village. Well suited for families and people looking for peace and relaxation. Cable cars, sports facilities and shopping can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A ski room is also available for community use. Non-smoking apartment (smoking allowed on the terrace/balcony). Your dog is only allowed in the apartment 'Chilcheri'; in the studio 'Drieri' on request. The apartments do not have a parking space - however, there are sufficient paid parking spaces in Grächen. A reserved parking space in the parking garage Millegga is included in the daily rate from the end of December until the end of March (not valid for short stays and not for the apartment "Remund" and the studio "Drieri"). During the rest of the stay parking is charged. For the children there are numerous toys available. On request you can obtain from us anti-allergic comforters and pillows.
Incl. electricity, water, heating Excl. bed linen, final cleaning and visitor's tax. We attach particular importance to disinfecting our accommodation.
