You will find a very quiet and very sunny 3.5 room flat on the ground floor. The flat comprises a large living/dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, a separate WC and a well-equipped kitchen.
The flat has a beautiful view of "La Margna". The sun shines all day on the garden terrace.

La Punt Chamues-ch a village with 700 inhabitants at the southern foot of the Albula Pass at 1700 metres above sea level, away from the hustle and bustle and yet in the heart of the Upper Engadine. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Location description: La Punt Chamues-ch - The proud The old patricians already knew why they built their stately homes here: La Punt is strategically located at the foot of the former trade route over the Albula Pass. The former farming village of Chamues-ch, on the other hand, is sheltered at the entrance to the mysterious Chamois Valley, the Val Chamuera.
