Washing machine and tumble dryer for both flats are in an adjoining room. The cosy atmosphere is complemented by heating with a heat pump in the living room and direct electric heating in the WC.

The outdoor area invites you to linger with a garden chimney, a table tennis table, a sunbathing lawn, a sandpit and a Hollywood swing.
