In winter, a lockable ski room with a modern boot-drying system and disinfection is available. In summer, a sunbathing area with a barbecue spot invites you to relax. The apartment is well-maintained, very clean, and smoke-free.

The House Südlenz is centrally located on the Riederalp, just a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the Grosskabinenbahn. In winter, it is directly on the ski slopes, not far from the ski school meeting point and the children's lift. Restaurants, sports shops, and shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. In summer, the house offers ideal conditions for hiking in the Aletsch forest or to the glacier. The nearby golf course is also easily reachable. The hosting family, who are active in mountain sports themselves, lives in the house and is happy to provide advice.
